I love this medical alert bracelet. It is my present to myself for my 73rd birthday. The only problem which somehow needs to be solved by the mfg. is the strap hook up. I live alone and have rheumatoid arthritis in both hands and they lock. One, there are no directions as how to insert the other end of the strap, and Two, it is extremely small and not easy to do at all. It took me 3 hours, and continuously loosing the small pin to lock the strap in place. I will have to take it to my jeweler on Monday to have him do for me. Other than that she is beautiful., so much so, you may also want to consider making the medical symbol on the face of the watch darker, or somehow pop more. No one can really tell it is there. I liked the medic alert bracelet very much. I’ve only found one problem. The magnet that holds the band together is great but it also likes metal handrails, stainless steel appliances and any other metal that you get your wrist close to. Other than that, it’s one of the nicest ones I’ve seen.

This bracelet exceeded my expectations. I love it!!!Also I received much sooner than expected. I will definitely be recommending to others

This is amazingly comfortable! Just got it & I already love it. Engraving is outstanding!

The latch is always getting caught on my clothes. You can't list your medical you have to make sure you carry their card with your info too easy to misplace.

This means a lot to me because I have siezures and go nonresponse with them. So without this bracelet on someone wouldn't know my allergic reactions.
