Surpassed my expectations
I went into this with fairly low expectations based on the low price point as opposed to some high end $100+ wireless ear bud options. I couldn't rationalize the expense, but am looking to get back into working out again and wanted to try a wireless option. I saw these featured in a couple articles and decided to give them a try. I preface that this is my first experience with wireless ear buds, but overall I really like these. The sound quality is pretty great (better than I thought it would be), they fit fairly securely in my ears once placed and have a pretty far blue tooth range. I find myself wearing these while completing work around the house and will leave my phone on one side of the house and walk to the other without the phone, and there is no sound disruption. When I was running outside holding my phone there was a few times where the sound would cut off briefly. I'm not totally sure why that was happening, but overall it worked pretty well. I have small ear canals and I do find that after extended use that my ears can get a little sore from wearing them. I'm not sure if that the pressure from the wrap around ear feature. They came with 3 different sized cushion inserts and I use the smallest cushion. With the portability of these, I have found myself able to listen to more audiobooks and be more productive, watching TV less. For the price point you can't really go wrong with these. It has been a great intro into the wireless ear bud market for me.

So far so good
I bought this set to replace the previous Jlab set I purchased a year ago. That set stopped taking a charge after about a year. This set however has an amazing battery life to it. I went three days before having to recharge. I use them for work as my hands are either driving, taking calls or meddling with daily activity. (My hands are always busy) I have used them for music for a constant 12 hours straight without fail. So Far So Good, Lets see how long this set will last taking a charge. UPDATE: Today is Sept 09, 2023 and this product has yet again failed me. tracking back to Oct 30, 2022 is when I bought this set. Same problem as last time however this unit I was able to put into ICU mode for the last 4-6 weeks of its life attempting to charge them for use. I broke down and bought a different set all together today. As much as I liked the JLab the charging system is its biggest and most drastic fault. Somehow the case or the headsets themselves warp to a degree the contacts will NOT connect to charge. I was able to wrap a thick rubber band around the case for the last two weeks to charge them but in the end even that was a failure. I also wrapped the previous set to see if this would make them charge with the same outcome. After a couple weeks the older set charged but ultimately failed too. This tells me it is a design flaw common with all units after reading others comments. They will last a year give or take but when they begin to go South you may as well just get a new set on their way. They'll be close to toast at this point. Really can't complain though. I used the h#ll out of them at least 5 or more days a week roughly 6 to 10 hours a day so I abused them.. Got my money's worth out of them after thinking about it.

The right seems prone to failure, otherwise decent buy
Update 11/26/25: The battery life has started to become much shorter, sometimes they'll randomly disconnect and have to be placed back in the case to reset before connecting again, and the right ear bendy hook finally slipped loose out of the hard plastic of the earbud. For 2.5 years of nearly daily use, through frequent long sessions watching shows or listening to music while doing chores, in hot humidity and sweat, these have served me *very* well. I can't believe it's been less than three years since I got these; they really became a seamless part of my life to the extent I can't really remember life before them. I'm still bummed about the nonrepairable nature of the rechargeable batteries, but honestly I'm debating getting a second pair to replace the first. They charge with the case open, they don't need an app to control anything, and they work for my non-audiophile needs. Really hard to beat the performance at under $30, I recommend them for anyone trying wireless buds for the first time. I love you, JBL Go Air Sport earbuds. You made a believer out of me. Update 12/24/23: So I've figured out that yes, the bending of the ear hooks with use is what's causing the lack of a charge. My inelegant solution is to leave the case open when charging the earbuds, which isn't ideal and means that if I close it for travel, I need to mentally be aware that the charge is decreasing while the earbuds are in the case because chances are good they've been knocked off the charger receptors. So they still work, thankfully, but it's kind of a built-in problem that the earhooks deform over time and cause the buds to be knocked clear of the charger ports once the case is closed. October 24, 2023: I bought these in May and have used them almost daily since. They're fantastic little earbuds - earbuds tend to fall right out of my ears because of the non-standard shape of my ear canal (per my ENT), so it's crucial for me to have the hooks. They're comfortable, sound pretty good as far as I can tell, and are easy to set up and use. The major downside, if you search the reviews and questions, is that the right ear's unit is prone to failing. Either it stops working, or stops charging, or *something*. It's lasted me about six months of use before the right ear just stopped holding a charge or stopped charging. I've tried many things - resetting the earphones, cleaning obsessively the charging contacts in the case and on the earbuds, even keeping the case open when charging so as to not move the charging earbuds (with use, the shape of the hooks has warped and so it's possible that closing the lid shifts them off the charging contacts). To no avail, alas - I consistently put these on and find that while sound comes out the left ear's unit just find, the right is dead. 30 dollars for six months' worth of daily use isn't terrible, but it's terrible for the environment given the non-removable rechargeable batteries in both the case and earbuds. I was thinking of picking up a second pair to use with a different bluetooth device so I wouldn't need to unpair and repair them each time I wanted to move from my phone to computer, but I'm rethinking that second purchase in light of the fact that these seem obscenely disposable for rechargeable electronics. I don't even want to replace these with a new unit - I'm thinking of buying the next tier up to see if that fares any better.

It is wonderful. It charges fast and the sound is good. I love it.

Good for the price, but overall just ok.
-Sound quality and noise cancellation are solid compared to most other headphones at this price. It also holds a charge for long enough in my experience. I'm not returning them because they've proven reliable enough and I'm not sure I can get another set of the same quality at this price, but they still have a lot of faults that made me want to return them. -I did not realize that the buttons are not real buttons. They are touch sensitive and respond to different numbers of sequential taps. One tap to turn the volume up/down, two taps to pause music. Therefore it's super easy to accidentally turn the volume up or down whenever you touch them for any reason. It's also not easy to get it to register the correct number of taps. I constantly try to double tap to pause my music and end up just turning the volume up by accident, which is really annoying. -This might just be because I'm in a busy city, but when I'm walking around, the signal often just cuts out for a few seconds at atime. It's irregular and only when I'm walking around so I assume it's due to the presence of other radiowaves and wireless signals. -The case is really flimsy and seems poorly designed. If you drop it at all, it pops open and the headphones fly out, which seems to defeat the purpose of having a case at all. -The signal is not very strong. If you go behind a wall or step too far away (maybe like 20') from your phone, the audio starts to cut out. -The way that you charge the case is also difficult because the cable is really short and comes out at an angle so you can't really plug it in without it either dangling and pulling on your usb outlet or bending the cable a weird way. Both feel like they risk damage.

Really good quality for the price, and will definitely stay in your ears!
I'll be honest, I have never used bluetooth headphones like these before, so I can't say how they compare to more expensive brands & versions, but for this price, they have certainly suited my needs. I was really looking for earbuds that would for sure stay in my ears while working out. The earhooks on these do just that. They are very comfortable (I don't even really feel the earhook part on my ear), and stay very securely on my ears, even if I shake my head all around. The earbuds come with 3 different sizes of ear-tips to select from, which is nice. I use the biggest size, which seems to fit my ear best, and shut out other unwanted sound to a degree (these are not noise-canceling, so don't expect to completely shut out the world). The battery seems to last a very long time, which is nice. There are different EQ presets, which is also nice. I prefer "BASS BOOST", as I mostly use mine to listen to music. They also give you an option to create an online account, and then you can create your own custom EQ, but I am just using the presets. One thing I sort of DON'T like about the earbuds, but, as I mentioned, I don't have others to compare them to, so, this may be standard, is when I watch a video on my computer with bluetooth audio to my earbuds, there is a very, very slight delay from the time the actor may speak and then the sound coming through. Maybe all bluetooth earbuds working with a computer's audio are that way, I have no idea. The instructions and controls are a little confusing if you are like me and have never used these kinds of earbuds before, but don't let that discourage you. You figure it all out pretty quickly. All in all, for the price, they are worth it. My main wants: Good Sound, Long Battery-Life, Staying In My Ears While Actively Moving- have all been satisfied. If you're on the fence, keep an eye on them. I got them on a pretty good sale!

Updated review - Customer service was excellent, product issues addressed
I like the sound quality and they stay on my ears nicely. Then after a few months, I had the left earbud fail. After following the charge then factory reset method, the issue with the left earbud could not be resolved. I submitted a ticket with the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement pair within a few days. Not only that, the vendor offered me a refund via Amazon. Since I have a new pair, I told them to keep the refund. If this level of customer service is the norm for JLab, then you should definitely give them a chance. Good product and terrific customer service deserves a great review.

off means OFF
They are 'okay' headphones and the functionality that is advertised does actually work. Major issues: 1. The sound is kind of tinny. 2. Sound cannot be adjusted from the Jlab app (it's been functionality which has been listed as "Coming Soon" for this device but I am beginning to doubt it). 3. When it disconnects, it is off. Want to turn it back on while you are out on your run, but don't have the case? NOPE! You are out of luck. The ONLY way to turn this back on to be able to re-connect it is to put them in the case and re-remove them. (I hope you want to bring a bunch of extra device accessories on your run with you....) Minor issues: 1. They are somewhat comfortable, but lack adjustability. It would not have been hard to add a solid core soft metal wire to the ear surrounds so that they could be adjusted to fit tighter and keep from half popping out of your ear when you move your jaw which brings me to minor issue number 2). 2. They half fall out of your ears (or at least my ears) when ever you move your jaw even slightly. Yawn during your warm up? half pop out. Say hello to a passing runner? half pop out. Just smile because the day is beautiful? half pop out. It gets annoying real quick to have to push them back in over and over, especially since this can trigger the touch controls for volume, track, etc. Pros: 1. Easy set-up. 2. Somewhat comfortable when they stay in. 3. Fun colors with cute color-matching case which functions very well. 4. Charging case USB-A is reversible. (you cannot plug in the charger upside-down as with most USB-A plugs) <-- ALL USB-A chargers that are do not do data transfer SHOULD be like this!!! 5. The battery life seems pretty good. I haven't used them for a super long time to really test this, but it seems to hold well for the relatively few hours I use them at a time. I have yet to run a full marathon with them or anything... 6. The price point around $30 is almost okay for what you get, I guess... All in all, they are cheap wireless headphones. They would have had a LOT of potential with 3 modifications. One super easy software solution; hold both touch sensors for 3 seconds or five seconds or something to re-pair). Another, more complicated, but not super hard software solution; to make the app work to adjust sound. And a very cheap hardware solution; some solid softish metal wire in the ear wrap-arounds to be able to better adjust the snugness of the earphones on ones ears. JLab, want to hire me? I am a software engineer who could help you out! I'd even be willing to help with the mechanical engineering as well. I won't be throwing these away. I will keep them as a backup type product, but I will be searching for other wireless sport headphones. Hope this helps!

Awesome headphones!
I bought these for the gym and they’re so comfortable. The color is very nice, the fit is great (comes with many ear buds to get the best fit), and it’s very easy to clean! I love these headphones, the sound is exceptional, they’re sweat proof, and you can control volume/bass type with a simple touch! I bought another set for work since I love them so much. I’d definitely buy these again and recommend to anyone who wants affordable, great quality gym headphones!
