I have a Bighorn pellet pizza oven and while that's a cool and cheap way to cook pizzas if you're making more than a couple it becomes a PITA to keep the oven hot. I installed this propane burner for the Ooni ovens and it fit perfectly and works great. Just keep it on high to get to your set temperature then down to low (or secret low) to cook the pizzas. I have now done 5 pizzas back to back which was almost impossible in a short time if using wood pellets.

I liked the idea of using wood but found the heat inconsistent and result messy. This was quick to instal and made getting to oven to the needed temp easy.

Works great, my only complaint is even on a lower setting it is pretty hot. Not sure i would be able to get it low enough for some non pizza recipes.

Great option for converting our Ooni Karu 12 from wood to gas. While we love the idea of wood fired pizzas, we have likely used the Ooni 3x as often once we installed the gas converter. It is just that much easier to fire up and get to temp. Perhaps someday we'll try a side-by-side taste test versus wood. But for now, convenience wins hands down.

Must have, game changer and if coupled with a small rectangle smoking box in the back, you get the best of both wood and gas!

Arrived quickly and works well. I have the woodfired only and had to drill holes to make it work. Fits and works perfectly.

I love my Ooni pellet oven! I worked on pellet consistency (fire management), air flow (adding a small fan was amazingly helpful) and overall pizza consistency. I got pretty good at turning out good pizza, but the process was tough. I decided to try the gas assembly, and man what a difference. The consistency of heat, pizza look and texture and ease is transformative. We use the Ooni so much more now, as it is not a chore, but a cooking experience. I love cooking on all sorts of devices, Ooni, smoker, grill, black stone and Sous vide. This just made doing things in this Ooni(not just pizza) a fun experience. Highly recommended!

Pésimo servicio... tanto el horno Karu G12 nunca alcanza la temperatura que prometen, ni con material solido ni con este quemador de gas... llevo 15 días peleando con ellos y aun no resuelven nada, dicen que debo usar solo gas propano que que no esta disponible en México, se llena de hollin, la piedra a la primera horneada se rompió... en verdad eviten comprar esta marca....

Buen día aquí dándole seguimiento a con lo que respecta a mi quemador de gas,solo quisiera saber que se tiene que hacer para quitarle la flama amarilla ya que huele mucho a gas. Espero respuesta gracias
