Lemon Flavor Omega-3 Fish Oil 150 Softgels

I’ve ordered this particular brand of fish oil several times. I like how it does not have a fishy aftertaste and I like how it contains lemon to help minimize fish burps. However, what I did not realize, was how these fish oil capsules greatly improved my sleep quality! I noticed when I take two capsules daily with food that my sleep efficiency is much better. I feel more tired at night and I stay tired when I’m in bed and wake up more refreshed. I became curious about this subject and I had learned that omega 3 fatty acids help to create more melatonin in the brain which is explains why fish oil makes you sleep better. I’ve had poor sleep for at least seven years and these fish oil capsules have helped get rid of bouts of insomnia and have helped enhance my life. Another positive attribute is how my skin has improved. My skin is more radiant and plumper and my fine lines are less noticeable. My mood is also better, which means everything to me. If you want better sleep, skin and mood, look no further!

I've been taking Omega-3 for several years now. For me, these are burp-less. They are large, but I don't have any trouble swallowing them. Very helpful for inflammation, joint pain. In fact, I'm going to double or triple what I take and spread them through the day. See how I feel in 2-3 weeks. A major ingredient in Relief Factor. UPDATE: I'm taking two capsules three times a day. I'm noticing definite improvement. This product is worth every cent. I don't like taking pills at all, meaning vitamins, but I take these because they are a dramatic help with the inflammation from arthritis. Also, I notice I'm more chipper (energy), and happier (mood).

This is my favorite Omega-3 ever and I'll re-purchase it all over :). The biggest issue I usually had with Omega-3 is after taste and burping ugh. Not with those, finally. Not sure if the lemon flavor is doing something but no after taste AT ALL. No upset stomach, just glowing skin :). Softgels are pretty big but surprisingly easy to swallow. Twice a day 1 softgel. For this price, 150 softgels and good quality Swanson ingredients worth it :)!

I got empty packaging with no product inside. Amazon continues it’s downhill slide where deliveries take forever, products arrive damaged or missing. I don’t want to order from Amazon anymore because it’s a huge disappointment nearly every time.
