We received our chair set on time. Got them put together - very easy! We realized after two days that one of the legs was loose - the area to screw in leg was stripped of threading or something so it would not tighten. We called company and they were going to send a replacement leg. Leg got lost in transit and told company - they offered $50 to fix leg. We live in extremely small town and that was not an option. They sent a replacement chair which we got a few weeks after. Now we have a beautiful set of chairs that are safe to sit in, look wonderful. They are stiff at this point to sit in which is fine because I know they will relax over time. Thank you to Giantex for a well priced chair set. Thumbs Up!

Modular chairs packed well. Very sturdy and stiff cushion which I prefer as they all break down over time.

Poor construction.

Used in a executive office. Pretty fabric, sits well, great price, very sturdy and very easy to assemble. So glad I found this pair and would defiantly buy them again! Have received many compliments on how nice they look in the office.

I liked how easy these are to assemble (each one took about five minutes), the sturdy fabric and firm cushions. They look great in our remodeled living room.

We sent both of these chairs back, as they were poorly constructed and the padding was non-existent. Wanted to like them!

Comfortable and strong. Height of seating is as expected. Fabric is good material.

The colour wasn’t quite as dark as I wanted to match the sofa but it works anyway. The one issue I found is that it is not comfortable to sit on for any length of time. I have to put a pillow behind me because the seat is deeper than I would like and the seat cushion is very firm making backside tingly and sore. I am debating whether to buy another to match with it or find something that will compliment it. I hoped that the seat cushion would soften up but it’s been 8 months and I’m thinking that the old dog’s chair is more comfortable and I may make a trade.
