have used these for years . If you have palpable pain when putting pressure on your heal these are far better than any padded insole and until the pain is gone even hard arch supports. Here is a simple test to see if these will help your pain. First push on your heel to see where the pain is and how much it hurts. Then using a flat rigid object like a Popsicle stick, place it over the same spot and push just as hard. If your pain is less, buy this. It works on a simple principle. The hard surface spreads the pressure across a much larger area with less pressure on the sore area. Unless your dog chews them up they last for years. Your shoes might need to be a half size larger to fit it.

This is a very simple heal cup that does what it is supposed to, maintaining the natural cushion in your heel by keeping the heel pad from flattening out. Put the thin cup in hot water for a minute then insert in shoe and stand on it with full weight for a couple minutes and it molds nicely to your heel. I was shipped the wrong size (small vs regular), and it would not move enough to mold to my heel, so I submitted an email thru Amazon and within hours had a reply from the seller stating they would get out the correct size right away. I received them in a few days. It is the kind of customer support I expect (and which Amazon customers should demand). I recommend and will use this seller again.

Great find, I can’t do without. I notice the difference when I don’t wear them in everyday shoes thinking let me do without for a day...not a good idea because after a few days I can tell the difference. I like to be barefoot and don’t always wear shoes and i thought maybe I was past needing these, I was wrong, I ordered extras when I first tested them out so I could keep in different pairs of shoes...glad I did because they are life savers to make it easier to use if I don’t have to change them out between pairs and can grab and go as I am always on the go!

My heel is slipping in my shoe. This does not remedy the situation at all. Heel, heel cup and all not slip. It is not usable for my situation.

Was so happy to finally find this orthotic,however after a short time of use, it has cracked. I had one previously (not same company) used it for years,lost it in a move. Might just be a fluke, but am leery to buy again from MF Athletic.

Work just ok, nothing exceptional, not a great value. Other sellers are selling a pair of these for about the same prices as this single one. Stupid me for not noticing I picked a single instead of a pair.

Be careful. The package only contains ONE heel cup. Despite all heel cups and pads being sold in pairs, there is only one in this package. The description is unclear. It does say "one" but people would naturally assume this means one PAIR. Wrong. A little deceptive, so be cautious.
