I bought this upon the recommendation of someone who regularly buys the best supplements they can and who is very discerning. This is made in Finland and near to where they live. He said it was the best he'd ever had and he could feel it made a difference to their health. Probably best to take with a meal, as each capsule is 1g/1000 mg and it suggests you can take two a day. Still well in safe limits as I've taken 3g a day in my youth, but that's much higher than the piddling UK recommendations where they think 1 orange is enough which is about 35mg or so. Can be opened and sprinkled into fruit juice/yoghurt as I am doing for my elderly mother who cannot swallow pills any more. Top quality.

At last an all natural food based vitamin c supplement at a reasonable price! Ordered these as it was getting increasingly difficult to find my usual make, which were getting more expensive anyway, and glad i did. They contain a decent mg of vitamin c in each capsule which comes from more than 1 food source, not too large to swallow, good quality and good value for money and will continue to order these if the price stays right. Very pleased. This purchase has also prompted me to look into their other vitamins.

Very good vitamin C They strengthen is very good. The size are reasonable. Ease to swallow and not after taste. My energy levels increased with this vitamin. The value for money is a bit high.

I've had this for a little while. I think it's still early days really. To me with this being a new 'item' in my regime, I do like to give it a *good run* (for about 3 months) - I also keep a journal 'check in' and do this about every two weeks to note any new changes (Good or bad!) so far - it's been good! Capsules are of standard size, very easy to swallow and leave no after taste whatsoever. The dose calls for 3 capsules a day. I wish there was one that was more affordable that I could take just 'one' with the milligrams involved. But with this - I feel it's very good quality and their care is outstanding. (They were out of stock, wrote me back very fast to keep me up-to-date - very polite, friendly and helpful) When it came back into stock, I just felt that this out of the others would be my best choice. SO far - it's been really good! (I think about another month maybe - but the good - I've not gotten a cold my husband had! I don't necessarily notice an increase of energy or anything like that, but do feel a greater sense of 'ease' and will probably carry on when this bottle runs out! Re-order!) Thanks to Aava Labs! Prendo questa vitamina c da più di un anno abbinata al nac.. ne prendo 2 al giorno senza stop. non posso dire che effettivamente abbia il merito di qualcosa di preciso ma sta di fatto che sono due inverni che non mi ammalo se non raffreddore leggero. Prodotto migliore degli altri perché vitamina c da Acerola e non laboratorio. Non mi da alcun problema presa anche a digiuno la mattina. Ho ordine continuativo e andrò avanti ad usarla. Consogliata
