So aslong as your aware its tiny id say its a great buy. Its tiny well made and should have no issues putting off enough heat to make coffee or dinner . No sign of deterioration after ising a few times. Weighs nothing and shoukd fit into you backpack np

The lightest wood burning stove I've ever seen.Burning wood is also easy with big feeding door.Folding leg and pan/pot support for mobility.Definitely if you are backpacking and don't mind a bit of volume, this is excellent wood burning stove. The volume didn't bother me since I can fit my titanium cup inside with other stuff like fire stick, tea bag, or coffee filter.You can also put alcohol stove inside.Only gripe I have is the mesh bag/container/sack. It's so tight, it took me some time to put it on/off. I may have to ditch the bag and use similar size bag.Excellent stove.
