Dont waste your money on this product . It will last at best a few months and then stop working. Its ridicuous , I've bought it several times for my google pixel and it has never failed to dissapoint ! EDIT: Having contacted them they have quickly refunded the amount paid and sent me a replacement . Very god customer service

It has bad background grey sounds and it cuts on low volume. Awful for podcasts and audiobooks. Every time there is a stop in the voice, the chip stops sending the audio signal and when the voice starts, it cuts the beginning of the voice so it makes for an awful experience of constant cuts in first word that makes the listening very confusing and awful. My wife has the UGREEN USB C to 3.5mm Jack DAC Hi-Fi, and it works perfectly, so I bought it. Buy known brands, HIFi and check in reviews for volume cut offs to get the right adapter.

I give this 5 stars for its price as it is well made and has proven sturdy enough on a couple of occasions 🤦The sound quality is remarkably good, especially within its price range. Highly recommend this adapter 👍

UPDATE: Stouchi got in contact with me and sent me a different model which works perfectly - a light grey version with the LED on the USB plug and smooth cable (ASIN B08PBYC6S4). The faulty version was red with no LED and a fabric cable. So get that instead. Full marks for customer service; one star added back on! Original review: I had a slightly different Stouchi model that permits charging as well as headphones, and was very impressed with it. Needed a second one but not the charging feature so went for this cheaper version (why on earth can't they still put headphone jacks in phones rather than having to waste more money on these extra things I don't know). Unlike the other model, this one is very noisy - when sound is not playing there is a very noticeable hiss in the background. That wouldn't be too much of a problem, except it has some noise cancellation function where it aggressively cuts output below a certain volume level, presumably because the manufacturer wanted to try and get rid of the hiss. The result is background noise that comes and goes, and missing the beginning of words when listening to audio books. They would have been better to just let it hiss all the time, and just call it nostalgic. Result: avoid this and just pay more for the better one, or try a different manufacturer.

Does not work with iems. Distinct hissing can be heard whenever audio is played.

Lots of mechanical like static which makes it painfully impossible to use

I purchased these to connect my Bose Quietcomfort 3 head phones to my iPad 10th generation. I tested the headphones by plugging them into my 20 year old iPod Touch and they worked perfectly. I then used the connector to connect to the iPad and no sound through the headphones. I tried the Stauchi connector with my Galaxy phone. Perfect sound through the headphones. I contacted Stouchi and an actual human being, not AI, helped me try different steps but no luck. She said they hear that sometimes with iPad. I ordered an Apple connector directly from Apple and it didn't work either. After speaking with their custoner service I was told I need to go to Apple repair to see if they can get it to connect . Bottom line, Stauchi has a great product and wonderful service. Apple isn't what it used to be.

If you're just listening to music, it's fine. But I need these for live music audio tracks with a count in click at the start of each track. These adapters have a latency issue which means the first click is never audible... which makes these completely useless and a waste of money Stouchi adapters did not previously have this problem - they are obviously being produced with cheaper components now (but for the same price). I'll be avoiding them from now on
