Great flavor

Now this is the kind of vinegar that is truly special. It has good viscosity and has rich, mellow almond flavors. Matched with a fine olive oil, your salad really comes alive. It is also a vinegar that I would dribble over certain foods, as you would an older Balsamic. I'm going to try out some various ideas and let you know.

Delicious flavor. No doubt about it. Way too expensive. Just not worth the price. I believe this is not aged like it says on the label. I think it's referred to as "fractional". Only a tiny portion of the bottle is aged for years and years, The rest is just plain vinegar. I could be wrong about this. Far far too expensive.

I have tried dozens of sherry vinegars which is key to the best spanish gazpacho. This brand is by far the best I have found. I used to buy it from the CIA giftstore and they stopped selling it. How convenient that I can now get it from Amazon! I would highly recommend this product. Try it in any recipe that calls for acid, drizzle on finished soups, etc.

We use this Sherry vinegar in gazpacho and salmorejo, and we’re extremely pleased at the authentic way it enhances those cold soups.

I use sherry vinegar for everything. This is my go to over apple cider and red wine vinegar. This is deep and nutty. So flavorful!
