I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these brackets. I used them to hang some carpenter bee traps that I made to place on the corners of my shed and I didn’t want anything that would rust and leave stains on the shed. I will admit that for the price, I was a little skeptical. But these have been hanging outside for ten months and they’re the real deal – no rust! A great bargain.

Came with everything you need to use this. Only downsides to this product are that the ziplock bag it comes in can be difficult to open, and I’m not a huge fan of the anchors that it came with (so I got my own from Home Depot). It was a really handy bracket to have to have shelves fit for my wife’s shoes. Long and provides support on one side, slimline on the other.

Item was great for what I needed.

Screws were higher quality than usual!And that means something because I normally recycle the garbage hardware that comes with them.Metal brackets (for my purpose) I found them too flexible and we’re sagging from a stereo receiver and a 20” monitor. Using all 4 brackets Long side under shelf and short side to studs!Lesson Learned(these things look bigger online than when they get to you)Unless your shelf is only as deep as these shelf brackets, you are gonna have a sagging shelf if you put anything above 20 pounds on it.I will be moving away from this design for my next two shelves to the one piece triangle brackets that are much stronger!

I used these brackets to connect a post to a brick patio wall. No complaints, they worked great.

The shelves we got these for are a bit wider than the brackets so it doesn't work greatly with the weight, but if the wood wasn't so wide, they would be perfect!

I ordered the 5x3x1.8 brackets, and they a really are beautiful. Even the packing of the brackets was beautiful! The company seems to care about quality, and is not afraid to charge for that (these are not cheap). My application is a little different that screwing a shelf bracket into a wall, and I was hoping the company would have recognized that maybe there is more than one application for these. In my case I need 16 of the shorter screws, but they only provide 8 of those screws (and 8 of the longer ones). Given these brackets cost about $18, I think the company should have thrown in a few more screws to make sure that customers can use the brackets for different applications. Only 4 stars for that. Otherwise they are perfect.

I have had a pair outside for two years. Rain , blazing sun and snow and they look as good today as the day I installed them.
