Great product idea, packaging needs revamping, taste could be better
I'm familiar with sea moss fresh, sea moss gel and now sea moss powder. Sea moss is an exceptional product.This product should reconsider the packaging. I realize the cost would increase, however I would pay more to NOT have it packaged as a MRE meal.The flavor is a bit off. I think it is, in part, due to packaging. I'm not speaking of a "sea taste", the package I received tastes old and stale. It impacted to whatever I added it. On to sea moss gummies.

Does not work as a thickening agent
Edit: The company offered me a full refund, so at least the customer service is good. As I said, it didn't work well for me as a thickening agent, but perhaps I was unlucky or didn't follow the correct procedure. There were no instructions so I followed a procedure I found online.-----------------------------------------------------------------------Not sure what this is, but it definitely does not work as a thickening agent. I used half the pack but it still did not thicken my water at all. Very disappointed.
