Justin (Cocker Brothers Book 5)

I love this family. There is always something interesting in each of the stories. This one had a bunch of twists in it, I was surprised a long the way.I can say that I stayed up to read it in one sitting, I was really looking forward to it.There are so many books out there and authors - I truly enjoy reading her books - this is a great series! I hope we get to here about the cousins in addition to the brothers as there is only one left.I did receive an ARC for my honest review of this book. However, I had advance purchased the book prior to getting the ARC as I wanted to be sure I had it..

Oh Justin. This book made me cry. Justin’s love was the hardest one to find. He had to learn his lesson the hard way and when he did in end it was so Worth it.

What a great story and so many outstanding characters. Full of intrigue and enough twists to keep me devouring the words. The hot sex was a definite plus ;)The stand that the Senator took really hit home to me. In fact it has inspired me to do more than grumble about the state of our government. I actually set down and wrote to my senator today ;)Thank you Ms. Hopkins for not only a fantastic book but a wake up call as well.

Just finished reading this book again and I still say he is my favorite brother!!!!

I voluntarily reviewed this book as an ARC and I am happy to be on team Faleena!. This is the best one yet -- of course, I say that about all of the Cocker brothers. Justin and Jaimie (love the alliteration) story was very emotional. I wasn't sure I could get into a political story considering all of the recent election season but Faleena knows how to build context without overkill. There are surprises for Justin and for other members of the Cocker family in this story. As always, the read is fast paced, lots of hot sex/romance, and brotherly advice. I know I am enjoying a book when I look to see how much is left and I keep saying, don't end yet, don't end yet... This one is a bit longer than the other brothers' stories but it was the right length for Justin and Jaimie's. By my count, brother Jeremy's story is next and I am anxiously awaiting the tie up of the Cocker's stories. Great entertaining read.

I love the political twist here . The senator's daughter and the senator to be. Jamie's character is a strong woman but knows when to say yes to her man! I love Justin, in this story, for keeping his father's secret and protecting his mother. Great job introducing Hannah! Couldn't put this one down.

Justin and Jaimie made a great couple even if they wouldn't admit it to each other. Their meeting was serendipitous and a whole lot naughty. I enjoyed their banter. Justin has his reasons for not wanting a wife/family but I had to give him credit for stepping up when the time came and choosing family first. Jaime even respected that and helped as much as she could. Never fear though because this books has a HEA and they both find love.

I recieved an arc copy of this book and could not put it down. Cocky Senator has now become my new favorite Cocker brother book. I loved the banter and chemistry Justin and Jaime share. It took getting through a few obstacles, but I'm glad they achieved their HEA. I would highly recommend this great read. I can't wait to see what Faleena Hopkins has in store for our next Cocker brother.

Jaimie is a strong, independent woman but Justin really breaks down her barriers. Justin is a tough nut to crack and he fights his feelings every inch of the way, even though his heart feels heavy and he’s completely miserable. Another great story about these brothers!

This book is truly awesome. Faleena writes with intellect, wit, emotion and a warmth that radiates from every character. Each characters' personality is brought alive allowing the reader to live the story as well as read. Once you start, the words quickly become addictive and you keep turning those pages to find out what happens next. I admire the dedication to a standalone novel. Many author of series' spend a lot of detailed pages summarising other books in the series whereas Faleena allows the nature of the characters to speak the story. Great writing!

This story was amazing there was so much chemistry between Justin and Jamie but so much heartache too. I felt for the pair as they went through so much in there lives. Justin came into is own when he stepped up to his responsibility and turned into the man his family always knew what was inside him. This book has got to have been the best in the series so far but there are plenty more to come in this amazing series.

I love this series and must say this book was as excellent if not more so than the rest in the series. It made you feel like you were part of the story and you felt the emotions the characters were feeling. I'd recommend this series to anybody!

Very different senator scandal with twists and turns!Love story with a political backdrop very good read and another brother you 'll fall in love with!

Oh delicious. I can see why this book was longer than the others. Do not want to give away any spoilers but the story was so nicely handled great read.

I really enjoyed Jamie and Justin story and how they worked to get their happy ever after. I like the way the story play out

Enjoying each and every book in the series but so far Justin’s story has become my new favourite try it you won’t be disappointed.

I really enjoyed this book. I have read the whole series and the books just get better and better.

Ich bin definitiv ein Fan von Frau Hopkins, sie hat die Gabe, ihre Leser so tief in eine Geschichte hinein zuziehen, dass man sie nicht mehr verlassen will ... überhaupt ist die Idee der Cocker-Familie großartig, sowie die Cocker-Brüder selbst.Ich mag den Schreibstil, witzig und flüssig, die Charaktere sind sehr gut beschrieben, man hatte das Gefühl, dass man sie schon ewig kennt. Sechs Brüder und jeder bekommt seine eigene Story, welche erzählt, wie sie für die Liebe kämpfen. Die Familie und Brüder spielen in jedem Buch eine große Rolle, so dass man neugierig auf die Geschichten der anderen Brüder wird.In diesem Buch ist es Justin Cocker der sexy, etwa obszön sprechende Politiker, dessen Ziel es ist Senator zu werden. Obwohl er aus einer großen und sehr engen zusammenhaltenden Familie kommt, hat sich Justin immer etwas zurück gehalten. Wie bei den meisten Familien ist Justin seinem Zwilling Jason am nächsten, zumindest bis Jason heiratet und ein Kind auf dem Weg ist. Im Gegensatz zu seinem Zwilling, glaubt Justin nicht an die Liebe und will keine Kinder, geschweige denn eine Freundin oder Frau.Doch dann geht ihm die geheimnisvolle Frau aus der Flughafenbar in Boston nicht mehr aus dem Kopf...Ich konnte das Buch kaum weg legen und habe inzwischen auch weitere Bücher gelesen! Meiner Meinung nach wird die Reihe mit jedem Buch besser.

He has never let anything or anyone stand in his way & he has no intention to settle down or settle for anything less than what he wants.Enter not one but two females who just may turn his life on it's head!This book is unexpectedly tender, but don't get me wrong, there is also lots of spice & a twist or two & it wouldn't be a Cocker book without a Cocker family BBQ.I would highly recommend this book & all of the others in this series

I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Readers Copy of this book.I couldn't wait to read this book, so I brought it on pre-order (and yes, I have already pre-ordered the other two books in this series as well as having purchased the other books). Signing up to the advanced readers copy just meant I could read it before I was able to purchase it, because I knew it was going to be fantastic. I mean, it's Faleena Hopkins and the Cocker brothers, where can you go wrong?!Faleena's writing style is easy to follow, mature (definitely no constant monotonous dialogue in this book), fast paced, entertaining, heartfelt, and just awe worthy.Cocky senator is a great addition to the already fantastic cocky series, one series I could not recommend reading enough, it's just that good.

Another good read. As with Jason' story you see again the closeness between Justin & Jason. You just know that he is going to win the election as soon as he pulls out because he has put his daughter first! I also liked how Jaimie' father see's the light and starts to be there for his daughter. As with all books any kid will still the show. It was also a good introduction for Jeremy and leading into his book.
