Treasure Gurus Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird Jet USAF Die Cast Model Pencil Sharpener Military Gift

I brought these for my sister's retirement ceremony as a thank you gift to a few special guests. I am VERY pleased with this pencil sharpener it's a great design, quality material and just cool to look at.

I love all the bronze pencil sharpeners as novelty decorations of our road trips, and the airplane ones are always cool, except for the landing gear. The wheels make it look lower quality and bulky, but I see why a thinner wheel piece would be flimsy and probably break. Too bad a more durable but smaller wheel piece can't be used instead. As for the actual sharpening of pencils, buy something better and go for these because of the looks ;)

my brother will get a kick out of this. He worked with the real thing when he was in the airforce stationed at Kadena air base in Okinowa.He was lucky enough to have the clearance to stand in front of one and a pilot took a pic of him.
