Horrible product
This is cheaply made it's just Velcro that you wrap around your fingers and then order for it to stay in place you have to wrap them fairly tightly but then it feels like it's cutting off your circulation very uncomfortable only separates the fingers around the base of your fingers does nothing for your knuckles or The Deviation. It's useless. Functionality useless.

Pain Relief
My wife has finger drift on her right hand. After receiving this product, she hardly takes it off. She says it reduces the pain.

More effective items items are elsewhere. Needs to be more rigid and support the wrist too.
This device is neoprene and velcro. As you wear it through the day you need to continually go back and tighten the traps and the piece that goes around you palm. In the end, your most damaged joins causing the "ulnar drift" are those on the outside of your hand. So, with this device the only pulling force on those outermost fingers are the innermost fingers. With ulnar drift, you will also see outward turning of your wrist. Now that I am well down that path too. I used a more significant solution. I have moved to the Rolyan Adjustable Ulnar Deviation Wrist Split where the splint does the work.

Recommended
I got this brace to help with the ulnar deviation I am experiencing due to rheumatoid arthritis. I'm hoping it will help shift the joints back or at least keep them from deviating further. My physical therapist recommended I try one of these soft braces. It's padded just enough to give comfortable support without getting in the way of hand mobility. Easy to adjust and I like that it's black so I can wear it without it looking grungy after a couple days. My therapist recommended I get one to keep on hand for my other hand too. If you need a brace I would definitely give this one a try. It's a decent price and doesn't look as bad as some of the others out there.

Velcro comes unstitched
The media could not be loaded. Thia product does what it should do although the Velcro has started to come off after just a few weeks.
