I purchased this purse as a present. The purse is well made and comes with a dust bag. It was very flat when it arrived. The packaging which surrounded it was limited and of poor quality and so unsurprisingly the purse was very flat. I removed the packaging and put the purse in the dust jacket before wrapping. I would not have gifted it in the packaging it was received.
