Not worth it
I used the plastic as a stomach wrap for the sauna! I spent more time trying to keep the plastic straight and from tearing! I couldn’t even get it to go around my waist one time without ripping from the sides! I will not buy this again.

The product is not as described is very thin tears easily and rolls up before you can even get a sweat in! Waste of money

Was not Like the one in the picture on line at all
This wrap came with no cover and no instructions. The one that I saw here on this site had a cover on the roll with images demonstrating how it's used.
