This was a replacement for one that was missing pieces. This one works great and has all the pieces too.

Having facial hair is so embarrassing, every woman’s nightmare! I cannot begin to calculate the amount of money I have spent on hair removal. Everything from tweezing, epilation, threading, waxing, derma-planing, shaving, multiple products and laser hair removal…. NOTHING has worked permanently. This product was recommended by a neighbor who is an esthetician for over 30 years. If she says it works…. It must. I would try anything within budget to get rid of this embarrassing facial hair. Unfortunately the only thing that worked the longest was chemotherapy and I prefer not to go that route again. I have only been using it for 2 months and no results yet. Give it a try and be patient.

I was hesitant about buying this product because of the negative comments. But I bought it anyways and I am happy I did.I have caramel skin tone and have been struggling with facial hair for a long time. I've been using nono since February 2021 on my chin area (was afraid to use on my entire face). But the hair on my chin seems to be thinning and even though we are supposed to only use nono, when I pluck the stubborn hair with a tweezer it's taking a long time to grow back.I would recommend, but be persistent and use it multiple times a week.

good thing i purchased this now going back. says to go over hairs like 4-6 times before they come out - well, i've been going over the hairs a million times and they wouldn't come out. got frustrated now going back. my razor is much better. what a waste.

Large head started sticking and wouldn't work after 3 uses. This also happened with my previous No No. Back then, I had ordered straight from the company, so they sent a free replacement. I'm not sure how this can be achieved through Amazon.

Works good, can smell the hair burn. Different size heads are also nice. Just have to practice a bit to get the right positioning of the head for smooth movements with the tip working.

I like the different settings, and that the battery power is long, and I do use the NoNo after cream. But the hair is still all there, it doesn’t grow as fast and it takes around 8-10 hours to become bristly where as before it would be 4 hours at best. I usually shave after use because rubbing turns my face red. I will keep using it until it breaks or dies just to see if it is totally worth it.
