These are beautiful and fun. BUT I expected a AA power bank. This came with a USB connection. To verify they worked, I plugged them into a USB plug adaptor. They were so pretty. Afterwards, I charged my 2 portable chargers and neither could support the wings. I verified both chargers work. I've submitted a question for portable charger specs for the wings, in order to find the proper charger. Hopefully someone can answer, otherwise the wings will be unusable. A portable charger is a fine option, but 1, the description should be updated and 2, charger specs should be included.

The packaging had previously been opened. The wings were mashed back into the bag. Did not come with battery pack, or anything but a cord and empty remote. One of the strand of lights didn’t turn on. I didn’t even bother putting them on. I just boxed them back up. I’m so sad. I have an event for the arts community and families that I needed these for. It would have made it easier for people to see me from safe socially distancing spaces. I read the reviews and saw really good or really bad, but I took a chance. I hope this is just a one time thing. These would be so neat to have.

While initially things were good with this item, after about the third time of using, problems started to develop. The construction is POOR at best. Nothing but exposed wires connecting the LEDs together. Of course these exposed wires snag and then break thus leaving the item pretty much useless. The few times that it was used and worked, it was the talk of the event. The pockets for the telescoping poles are weak and after the third use, the poles tore through the end of the fabric. If you are good with only using a few times, then it may be worth the price. If you plan to use more than 3 or 4 times, expect problems.

Initially they were all we hoped they would be. We tested them as a costume rehearsal, and they were fine. When we went to use them on Halloween, they started out fine as well. However, in less than 15 minutes some of the colors/strands stopped working. For example, while wearing an Orange tone, two lines of lights completely stopped working and another switched to blue and green. We did try to turn them back on and off, but it stayed that way. For the record, my near adult daughter was only planning on wearing them to hand out treats…not walking or a party or anything. No rain. They started dying before even going outside, less than 10 minutes. We were hoping to replace or refund them but don’t have the option apparently. Expensive disappointment.

Ordered these as my first light up wings as a belly dancer, I love them! I ordered the multicolor so they would match whatever I needed, the wings are slightly too short (I'm 5'8") but once I adjusted the poles it was easy to dance with. Using the remote is easy, and I can make any color I'd like plus some cool rainbow effects.The most difficult part for me was the initial setup, I was very confused until I learned I could use a portable cell phone charger I already owned to power the LEDs. The pouch that came with it doesn't really work for me, I've just been pinning a sock to the inside of my skirt until I can find a better solution for the power pack. Overall they're lovely and I believe I'll be using them for years!
