Brought as a gift for my mother, was very surprised at the quality and size. It is as appears on photos quite a big usable size bag and doesn’t feel cheap at all. Still very much going strong with heavy usage now

Wife bought on my account (as usual.) She says, nice quality, bought because of cat pendant you attach to the handle. Loves the accent of pink, blue is darker than photo, roomy. The only thing she put 4 star was the side pocket material is not good quality - papery, thin. Over all nice every day bag. Has also put a photo of it with review.

Loved the look of this bag, with the pink trim it's really pretty & it's a good size. Nice internal pocket.But it's made of really soft material, which means it has no structure. It flops when you put it down, rather than stand.

Love this bag I already had one in blue, hols alot and has a few compartments which I wanted.

I bought this item as one of the Wife's Christmas presents Dec 2023,very badly made,zip slider totally come away,lot's of loose excess cotton strands,zip badly stitched in, she's only had it 5x months, very disappointed,would it be possible for a replacement or refund?

Middle compartment with zip has ripped off the bag and opened the lining front pocket had a hole in it and your items go inside the lining waste of money

Viene doblado en un sobre y lleno de arrugas. No estoy contenta con el embalaje. Podrian haberlo llenado con la bolsa de aire habitual. Le faltan los 4 puntos para ponerlo en en suelo. Hubiera sido un detalle que los tuviera. Yo misma lo he llenado de paños y plásticos a ver si de quitan las arrugas. Dentro de unos días decidiré si me lo quedo o lo devuelvo. Es una pena por que el bolso me encanta. No creo que vuelva a comprar otro bolso de este proveedor.
