My friend talked me into trying this brand despite the fact I’ve tried other brands with no effect. He told me to start with 2 AM and 2PM for four days then 1Am/PM Wow. In five days I was pain free. Yes they are expensive but worth it. After two bottles I decided I didn’t need them anymore. Two weeks after running out I was in pain again. So I’m bad on them and pain free again.

I've been taking this for years for high blood inflammation scores and arthritis joint pain (I'm 72). It totally works and is probably the best such product on the market, as it is recommended by naturopaths who are very careful about which products they recommend. Unfortunately, it is expensive. Because of that, I recently tried cutting back, even skipping it. Not only did a lot of pain come back, but I also was less energetic and some mild to moderate depression surfaced. When I can see that it helps pain, energy, depression and total body health, I have decided to add it back. It really is worth it.
