I ordered and received a spare tail unit, unusable due to shipping damage. I called SymaHeli. They are shipping out the same unit immediately and no charge to me. Don't even have to sent the bent one back. Service was excellent.

replacement part, it has the whole tail unit including the moter. this is a spare so if i damage the original, i will be able to keep flying.1-30-12 missing parts...
