Equate Fiber Therapy For Regularity Fiber Supplement Caplets, 500mg, 100-Count Bottle

I take two tablets each day and it keeps me regular with no side effects. Also, the price is reasonable; it's difficult to find this product at a lower price and same quality. It's effective.

These are great daily fiber tablets to help with routine elimination which can often be offset by stress, meds and some constipating foods. These work tremendously without any side effects or abdominal cramping.

Equivalent of Citrucel; effective fiber supplement, reasonably priced. Would prefer fewer additives for color, etc.

As advertised. Good product, good vendor.

This is the only fiber supplement I have tried that does not give me gas. In the other dimensions you'd rate a fiber supplement in, it performs fine. Not as good as some products. But the no gas more than makes up for the small difference!

Seems to work like the brand name at a better price.

Product came in a plastic bag and the top was broken. Fortunately it was sealed and nothing came out.
