1-a TASTY, low-cal, non-dairy, easy-on-stomach animal-based protein. 2- I used to work in the food industry. This product has a top-tier kosher certifier, which means that this non-profit checks/sources every ingredient with spot checks (these guys can be tough and kept me on my toes, lol). So I know there's no funny ingredients, or actual meat (like gelatin; which I reserve for other supplements). 3-one negative: once defrosted, it can turn clumpy, mucas-ey. But hey, you are already drinking a cereal of choc. etc. flavored protein drink, now MAN up!

Amazing taste straight out of the jug. Cooking it by itself was interesting result. Taste was still consistent just the texture was not as you would expect. Still recommend it to anyone looking for a straight protein source that's delicious.

I ordered the cake batter two gallon option. At first, I drank it and even after brushing my teeth/tongue there was a horrible aftertaste that stayed on my tongue. So, a couple of days later, I thought cooking it may be the better thing to do. It had such an awful smell (my husband called it the “residual fart”) that I threw it out. It’s unfortunate because you can’t even return the unopened gallon and its an $80 loss to just “try” it, since they don’t offer samples. My suggestion is to order the organic non-flavored ones and flavor it yourself. This was a total waste.

This stuff is delicious. It’s a great quick source of protein. But it’s not cheap. Per serving it’s way more expensive than most protein powders. But it’s ready to drink and really is great tasting. It comes frozen and takes several days to thaw. But once it is you are good to go and have an easy, smooth, great tasting protein drink.
