what size is better for a 2 and 4 year old - the 4.25oz or the 5.75oz?

We have the 5.75 oz glass set. My 9-year old rarely drains one glass, while I will refill once with dinner.I recommend the 4.25 for that reason and also because the smaller one would be better for small hands.
