Q: What size are the biodegradable bags please? I purchased the toilet & it's great. The bags fit perfect, I need to buy more, what size are they please?

Just cut up on the length of a good strong black bag by measuring the height of the toilet adding more for the folding under the seat. That worked for us.

Q: Tried to get this to fold back down but can’t. When I try to fold it in on itself there is one section that isn’t flat & won’t fit in the box now!??

Q: Can you use this without bags for a wee and then wash it out?

The product is washable, but the product is not completely airtight, we recommend using it with a bag.
