These vitamins are absolutely perfect for me. Although the serving size is three, I only take two approximately one hour apart each morning. This keeps the fog at bay and there are never any caffeine jitters. When ordering online, the package comes securely - bubble wrap, cooling packet, foil inserts - to prevent damage and melting. I am very pleased with this product and am a repeat customer.

Love these things. They taste great, vitamin b and a caffeine boost. Works good for me... and I only eat one or two at a time in the morning or before a workout. They give you a boost!
