The media could not be loaded.  Easy to use - however, no directions. If I had not seen the video on assembly & use in the user reviews, I might have spent some time working on this. These would work best where one can use them at right angles; however, to keep a couple of my cats from opening drawers (and then getting stuck behind them), I connect two drawers together. This makes both drawers too heavy for the cats to open; I can open the top one without unlatching the device; and the device is easy to unlatch to access the bottom drawer. It's a bit unsightly, but we hope after a while discouraging this behavior, we'll be able to remove the device. (In the video, I'm using my left hand to open the clip, and being right-handed, I have a little trouble, which I usually don't experience.)

As my little one is getting more mobile, it is time to start baby proofing. We have a coffee table that pulls apart in the center to become a storage chest. I was looking for something to secure it for when he started pulling himself up on the furniture. These work great. I used them to tether the two sides together and he has yet to pull the chest open while cruising around the living room. They are also easy to open for when I need to get a blanket out of the chest. They were really easy to install too.

These are awesome. I love that you don’t have to install anything. They stay in place with command strips. They’ve worked well so far. Daughter can’t get in the cabinets. As mentioned— Make sure you have the length right before you cut the strap. Because once you cut it and snap it together there’s no going back. Also, I learned the hard way that depending on the way you place it, you could have one end flapping in the way when you try to close the cabinet. The trick is to stick the stationary part to the actual cabinet door and stick the part with the locking mechanism to the other part of the cabinet. If you do it the other way, the strap will be in your way when you close it. Also, on one that I messed up, it came off fairly easy when I hit the sticky pad with a hairdryer for a minute. Otherwise, they stay put.

I have bought a lot of baby proofing devices because a lot of them break so quickly. I am using these for my appliances and a few cabinets that are hard to lock. I love how easy they are to install, clean the surface, remove the paper from the adhesive, stick in place. I have bought locks just like this from the baby store and my twins broke them within an hour of installing! But, these have been working for a week now and are as strong as when they were first installed. The locking mechanisms for the straps are solid, they clip into place in a way that keeps them closed. The mechanism for the side of the strap that is used to open the cabinet is easy to use, but stays locked when toddlers try to open it. I can't recommend this set highly enough!

My little one has discovered she can open things and she's into EVERYTHING! These work great without being too hard for us to open but keep her out. It's impossible to keep your eye on her every second and it's great to know I don't have to worry about her getting into something that can hurt her. Now only if it worked for the dogs dish. lol.

I liked it. It is adjustable and very easy to use. Keeping my cabinet doors safer and locked in away from from little mover baby. It is so nice and neat. It hold pretty tightly. could even used it in your door to keep it open and avoid from your little one shutting the door while you are outside the room. I am recommending this to all of my friends and all of you who are looking for a safe way of locking your cabinet doors or anything that your little one could shut or open.

These are great! I love them! HOWEVER, I only had 6 in my box, not 8. The box says 8, the order says 8, but I only received 6. And I cannot find a way to contact the seller. Pretty disappointed

Put these all over the house this weekend and have successfully prevented my son from opening doors and cabinets. Super easy to install and still easy for me to open the doors/cabinets. If you need something simple and fast but super effective this is the product for you.
