Very small. Wouldn't fit any adult sized person
Quality is about what I expected for the price, eyes are wonky and the face doesn't really puff out right. But I am bald and have a reasonably small hat size for a man and this thing fits children sized people only. Sure some adults might wear it, but only the ones sized like children (no offense intended).
