The lint free terry type fabric is made up of hundreds of thousands of split fibers which allow the towel to absorb water and ice without being abrasive to your blades. Towels are 16" by 16" in size and are available in 7 different colors (Light Blue, Navy, Pink, Purple, Red, Black and Grey). Each towel comes in a black mesh drawstring bag which allows the towel to air dry after use. The drawstring bags have a carabiner clip that easily attaches to a skate bag. The IceFoot Skate Towel is durable and when cared for properly, can last hundreds of washings. Instructions for Washing: Wash in warm or hot water with mild detergent. No fabric softeners – they clog the open spaces in the microfiber. Avoid washing your towel with cotton garments as the microfiber will grab on to the lint. Instructions for Drying: To ensure the longest lasting microfiber, air dry is best Microfiber dries relatively quickly If you use a dryer, set it on low heat or no heat Dry with other microfiber products only so that it doesn’t pick up extra lint. Review: Soft and ultra absorbent - I have used countless towels over the years to dry my skate blades, but this one got them the MOST dry and super quickly too! A good size and cute little bag. Very happy. It would make a great small present or stocking stuffer for a skater. Review: Does the job well - Keeping figure skates dry after skating is important to prevent rust. The microfiber towel does a nice job of getting all the moisture off the blades and then it dries quickly so that the towel doesn't start to grow mildew and smell. We always lay the towel out to dry before putting it back in the carrier bag that comes with it. I took off one start because I think any microfiber towel would do the job well, but it is nice that this comes with a case that can be easily attached to a skate bag.
