Fantastic shoe, once they're broken-in.
Updated: After using the shoes for a few weeks, they had gone from being rather stiff and uncomfortable to a genuinely good pair of workout shoes, exceeding even my favourite Nano 4.0s.My previous pair of Nano 4.0s have been fantastic - they are by far the best shoes that I've ever bought for training. They were comfortable from day one, and have proven to be remarkably durable, and I suspect that I'll continue to use them along with the Nano 7.0s. The new Nanos are exactly the same size as the previous pair, however, the fit felt a little off - they seemed a bit longer and didn't seem to hold my foot as well. They were also significantly less comfortable - the area at the top of and bottom of the tongue was harder and less flexible, and dug into my foot. Although they were less comfortable I wore them for two days walking and riding all day to try and break them in, and my feet felt fine. They still didn't have the comfort factor of the older shoes, but they were no longer uncomfortable enough to hurt my feet. After a few weeks of use, the shoes have become genuinely comfortable - and they provide really great stability in the lifts. Once broken-in they really are everything that I hoped they would be and are a worthy successor to my much loved previous pair of Nanos. Also on the plus side, they are fairly good looking shoes, and the branding is very, very subtle.

Snug, but still fit fine.
...2 weeks in... Lots of reviews about how small these are. I wear a Mens 9 in almost every brand. Ordered a 9 here despite the warnings. It's a snug fit, but my toes aren't cramped. No blisters or rubbing. I think a crossfit shoe should be have a tight fit. Concerning stiffness, I get what people are saying about too stiff, but these aren't "running shoes". They're designed to handle cross-training, specifically CrossFit. I've only had them for about 2 weeks, so I haven't done everything in them yet. Kind of excited to try some rope climbs. But I've done deadlift, cleans, snatch, short runs (400m at a time), rowing, pullups, burpees, wall balls, etc. I think they're great. Very stable - I get the "locked in feel" that I read about. Not sure about the active toe box or whatever they call it. I hit crossfit 5 days a week and they're perfect so far....So I guess I never submitted this review. It's been about 2 months now and I love them. Rope climbs were great. Still would not do moderate to long runs in them. But they're fine for running in WODs...7 months in. Still loving them and use them 5 days / week. There's a little wear on the bottom treads near the very front of the toes. Other than that, these are holding up great. Hope they last another 7 months.... almost 2.5 years... wow - these guys are holding up. There's some tread wear on the toe, and the fabric on top from rope climbs is fraying a bit. But I still use them almost every day. I had no idea they would last this long. photos showing wear after 2.5 years

Solid for deadlifting and crossfit-ish stuff
Good stiff bottom shoe, holds the foot well, good sized toebox. I wanted something that I could comfortably use for deadlifting, rowing, and plyo movements- I have a minimalist shoe that is decent for these things, but it doesn't support the foot at all, and I wanted to have more support for deadlifts. You could probably run short distances in these shoes, but the stiff sole would probably not be the best for anything over a mile or two. It seems like a hybrid between a weightlifting shoe and minimalist running shoe, which fit my needs well. It's not my favorite appearance wise, which is the only reason it doesn't get 5 stars.

Good Crossfit shoes.
I have narrow feet, so this is a bit wider than I would like. However, the sole is narrower than typical trainers, so I don't trip by snagging the edges of the soles. Huge improvement over the shoes I was using.Loosening and tightening the laces is a bit difficult. I'm not sure if it's by design or it just happened that way. Plan to spend a few minutes when either putting them on or taking them off fiddling with the laces.

I bought these hoping everything I had read about how terrible they are was just clueless people who don't do CrossFit buying them to wear and walk around in, but I was wrong. I should have listened. Everything you will read about them is true. The bad stuff at least. They're good looking, and seem resilient, and the midsole is super stiff with great outsole grip, but they are SO FLAT and SO STIFF. As strictly a weightlifting/power lifting shoe, they would be great, but if you have to move around, run, or be athletic in any way, they're disappointing. Running in them feels like the shoe is fighting back, trying to not allow you to bend it. All very disappointing, as like I have said, I wanted them to work so bad. The shape of the toe box and the width are great, but if you're buying these for CrossFit(which is the only reason you should be buying these, they are CrossFit shoes. You don't buy soccer cleats to play basketball) you should look elsewhere

This is the best nano yet
I've been a fan of the Reebok Nano for training since my first pair of Nano 3.0s. This is the best nano yet! Some reviews criticize it for being "too stiff" but the soles break in wonderfully after the first week. Outstanding support through the heel and footplate make these a great shoe for all things fitness, from running to Olympic Weightlifting to heavy squats and deads. I feel so rock-solid in these shoes that I almost hardly ever take my lifters out of my gym bag anymore. A big win from Reebok and a great shoe for the price!

Basicos para entrenar
En mi opinion, son poco flexibles y la suela un poco dura, es dificil salir a correr durante el wod con estos tenis. En mi opinion los Nano 6 son mejor opcion aunque son bastante resistentes.

Great shoes!!
I had nano 3 and 4 before and was really happy with them. Then I bought this pair of shoes and I'm amazed! They are super comfortable. The built quality looks good so far! I would buy again!
