Q: What is the highest temperature?

I read on another site that the highest temperature on these is 60°

Q: What do they mean when it says in the description you can have a dry or moist heating session???

I just read the entire manual. It never mentions anything whatsoever about moisture being added to it for moist heating. It does however clearly state to make sure it is completely dry before use. The box it came in does NOT mention anything about moist or dry use. Basically it’s misinformation if anyone recommends moisture while using.

Q: does it work at 220V?

No, I’m almost positive it doesn’t When I lived in Germany,any 120 v appliance I had to use a transformer..Hope I could help.

Q: What are the pre-timed settings? What is the shortest and what is the longest setting?

The settings are Low Medium and High. All three setting turn off in about a hour.
