Does what it says.
I read all of the reviews FIRST before buying and got a size smaller than what the size chart says. When your skin is completely dry they slide right on. After that if your sweaty or put on lotion their a pain in the ass to get back on but im not sure if thats because I order 1 size smaller? They are pretty noisy when you walk if your thighs are close together. I thought air was just coming out every time I moved but nope. I felt more resistance walking in them but I am unsure if it is due to the fabric or size. I went for a walk for about 2 hours and when I took them off they were soaked in sweat. Definitely go to the bathroom before you put them on until you get familiar with them if you ordered a size smaller. Water or a hydration backpack is a good idea to go with it. Maybe even a Pedialtye from CVS so you don't get too dehydrated. Do your research on sweating to lose weight because just sweating won't do the job. I just wish they didn't make noise when you walk in them and that is why I gave a 4 star rating. Other than that I have had no problems.

Buy a smaller size than you think you'll need, but otherwise Great Value for the money.
This would have gotten Four stars but I settled on Three because they fit like full length leggings instead of Capri pants and irritate my skin just a bit (make me feel itchy) if I leave them on for more than a couple hours. Also, though I've ordered another pair, I purchased a medium this time because even though these pants will definitely make you sweat, this pair offers little to no compression. I should have gone by the reviews rather than the pictures, I have muscular legs and was afraid these would be too tight if I ordered a medium-- I was wrong. I suppose I should have returned them but I generally don't enjoy the hassle of returning things. When I purchased these pants I also bought a pair of Delfin Spa Capri Exercise pants, parting with an extra $20 bucks over what these leggings cost because I bought into the disappearing ink/ Bio Ceramic Anti-Cellulite hype. The Delfin pants also ran really big-- especially on top (but unlike the SlimHots which generally stay up-- the Delfin pants roll, droop and bunch around the midriff-- making my waist look way bigger than it actually is...sigh) Meh, I really should have just packed them up and sent them back, but the tags tore off while I was wrestling with the inner lining to try them on. The Delfin lining IS NOT FUSED to the outer shell and so moves independently of the outer fabric, has a tendency to bunch uncomfortably while being worn and make them rather difficult to put on, period. The inner fabric clings to your skin and makes it difficult to get your foot through the leg and forces the inner liner to push out past the leg hem and require tedious readjustment if you've just showered or your skin is a bit damp from exercising when pulling them up. In other words-- the Delfins will be taking a dive into the deep dark, unfathomable depths of my closet.BOTTOM LINE-- I WILL buy more of the SLIMHOT pants in a smaller size. The SlimHot Capri Pants are a much better value, seem better constructed, the material is fused together (much like a Koozie) doesn't bunch and bind and makes you sweat like you are wearing a portable sauna... If you are considering these pants, just make sure to buy a size smaller than the chart says you need unless perhaps you're a lot more apple than Pear/ hourglass, the waist will be noticeably loose.

Great multi-purpose soft neoprene capris for workout.
For the past few weeks, i've been wearing this SlimHot capris and the Everlast 2-in-1 neoprene short for my twice daily walks. Since these are my favorite two sweat pants, this review will be focusing on the difference and the strength of each, to me anyways.First of all, the fit for this capric is spot on for me. I usually wear size 6-10 Long women's pants depends on the cut and materials. I have smaller waist and a full bottom plus longer legs thus the wide size range. The size S-M SlimHot capris fits me perfectly. The capris comes to an inch below my knees and the legs do not ride when i move. The waist of size SM fits my 27 waist fine, a bit loose sometimes. The widest of my bottom at 36 also fits. What i like most about the SlimHot are the materials, design, and workmanship. The material of the SlimHot capris is much thinner than other neoprene shorts i've worn including the Everlast. That gives it more flexibility. With other thicker neoprene short, my movement are limited to walks. The SlimHot capris allows me to do some simple yoga movements with ease and still be able to breath. Being thin does not mean sacrificing durability. The SlimHot capris feels better constructed, smoother, and more durable. Being thinner also enables me to pull up the capris without struggling with a zipper. Since these neoprene shorts have a lot of contact with skin, the void of a zipper means much more comfortable dressing and workout. I also like how the capris comes below my knees to keep my knees warm in cooler morning walks. The difference of the material between SlimHot and other thicker neoprene shows not only in flexibility, the lack of zipper. I do notice i sweat less when wearing SlimHot than Everlast neoprene short while doing almost exact routines. So often times i would put on some albolene with wraps to raise skin temperature. Everlast all-in-1 has the built-in high waist which keeps my back warmer. But i think a much higher waist could be challenging without a zipper. So for my needs the design of SlimHot based on its material is perfect. Since my goal is more for toning, i find myself reaching for the SlimHot more mainly because of its soft material, its better workmanship, its flexibility, its design of no zipper. For someone who wishes to sweat more, probably look at thicker materials or a Delfin.
