We found that the coatednon- sticktype of baking tins were ok when nearly new but annoyinglyshort lived, no matter how careful one was. With only 2 people left to cook for reverting to ‘old’ style & smaller enamelled trays was better. These may need cleaning each timebut it iseaser to do. Good value, right price.

Excellent quality product in these images are 640g of chicken fillets for deconstructed garlic chicken kievs. Cooks beautifully in the oven evenly distributing heat, bigger sizes are available if wanted. I put them in the dishwasher and they come out like new. I’m fed up with coated baking trays that end of flaking and enamel is the way to go. Thoroughly recommend.

Well coated enamel & good value. Would have given 5 stars all round but for sharp edges on drill-holes.

I've given up with non-stick pans. They all seem to stick after a period of time. Vitreous Enamel pans last for years. I've got one or two large ones I've had since I got married (1960's).These are great, just put hot water and a squirt of washing up liquid in and let them soak while you have your meal. I use a sponge backed pot scourer and hey presto, clean pans. I still use my old ones when we have family etc. around.
