I'm just getting into doing my own reborns (I've collected realistic dolls since the mid-80s). This is a good starter book to have an idea of what supplies I need, and the general techniques for basic painting. I look forward to getting started once I get the next book, as I don't feel this has everything to make a 'complete' doll. But, good to have. Highly overpriced- but it is about the same price with several other sellers, plus I got free shipping with Prime.

Good information with easy to understand photos. However, pretty basic guide and over priced in my opinion.

Just need to be in color instead of black & white color paage or helpful it let you see what you are lookiing for

Seriously outdated. 2007The examples are dark and look like bad China copies and Ashton drake dolls. (See attached image) Do not purchase if you’re trying to paint realistic dolls.Should have stuck with youtube.

Like the info but don’t like the book being so thin for the price you paid. I expect the book should be thicker . Should added Part 2 with part 1 for that price
