2013 2014 2015 2016 2017 CUE Touch Screen Display with Free Trim Tool

This replacement screen was a perfect fit and the cue unit works perfectly now!! Takes time to get unit out but was definitely worth it.

I bought this CUE touch screen display for my 2014 Cadillac SRX and it worked perfectly. My original screen had stopped responding to touch. After installing this replacement screen, everything works like new again. The screen quality is clear and responsive, and it looks just like the original factory display. The touch response is smooth and accurate with no delays. The free trim tool included in the package was very helpful and made removing the old screen much easier without damaging the trim. Installation took some time but was not too difficult if you follow a video or guide. Once installed, the CUE system responded perfectly and all the functions worked normally. This is a great replacement option if your Cadillac CUE touch screen has stopped responding. It saved me a lot of money compared to going to the dealership. Great Quality Screen …the difficulty level is having remove most of the center console components so you can slide them back to gain access to the radio. Once I removed the 6 9/32nd screws that held the radio in. Be careful the plastic cover for the back of the radio is very brittle. Cadillac/ GM must of sourced the cheapest plastic this could find. Pay attention to the ribbon cable. I was going to make a video of the removal and Installation but I’m not getting paid and my time is money. Difficulty level 5/10 I’ve done professional car audio for 30 years and found it to be a challenge at times. Some of the screws look the same but indeed are not ! Make sure you separate them accordingly and where they came out of. There were absolutely no instructions so straight to YouTube. Use the Cue videos. Every other video is people not knowing what they’re doing or else rambling on for minutes upon time and not actually doing the work just talking about it. The brightness of the screen is just light factory super clean super clear looks great. You want to go into settings and make sure you do the touch reset. Overall a good product. I see some of these on Amazon selling for up to $150 for the price point on this one. It’s a great price save your money and buy this one. They got rid of that jail crap that’s on all the factory radios so you’ll notice a difference in quality immediately I thought that my backup camera would improve, but it turns out the back up camera needs replaced itself because of the years of weathering good luck.

Used this on my Escalade CUE touch screen since it was stuck on one screen. I thought it was the radio portion and after some research its a common issue with the touch creen. After the upgrade it works perfect and happy its all functional again. It was around 1.5 hours of for the installation and removal so its not too bad. It looks fantastic and works flawlessly. The only thing the tweezer were kind of useless. Lots of screws so take pictures and be gentle with the ribbon cable.

It does not come with directions but you can Google how to DIY! Took us a few hours but well worth it, saved hundreds to thousands of dollars. Works well and looks great!!!

I ordered this unit to replace my screen on my 2020 Cadillac Escalade. I am not a mechanic and I am not done anything like this before. I am a 58-year-old woman. It took me a couple of hours and it worked! I’m so happy that I saved all that money that it would’ve cost me to go to a mechanic or a dealership. I watched the YouTube video. One guy moved a little too fast, but I found a video that was perfect.

Exactly as advertised. Installed in a 2015 srx. Works perfectly so far. Not sure how long it will last but out of the box installed it works great.

Great fit quality seems decent looks oem compatible with my 2013 cadillac ats forsure worth the price.
