Towle LivingSimplicity Dinner Forks, Set of 10 -

They get a one star for me for the bait and switch. I DESPISE this tactic by Towle Living. We have the whole set already (same brand and EXACT style) and they are some of the best utensils we've ever owned. Naturally, our kids have thrown a few forks away over time so we bought this set to replenish. WOW. What a TERRIBLE product this is now. I got the culinary scale out to weigh them and here's the difference: The old product/fork is 2.12oz (60 grams). The new product/fork is only 1.41oz (40 grams). Now from a numerical standpoint, this might not sound that significant. But in real use terms the difference is IMMENSE. The original set is heavy and substantial, like what you would use at a VERY high-end restaurant. The new product? THINK GRADE SCHOOL CAFETERIA quality. I could easily bend these with my hand. In fact, if you dropped one and accidentally stepped on it, it would ruin it. You could run over the old fork with your car and it would not be phased. These new ones are absolute JUNK!!! If you're on a VERY tight budget, they function. But do not expect quality, and DEFINITELY do not try to replenish your existing set with these. They're no longer the same great product!

Very inexpensive and the products reflects that. I was trying to match 2 forks that somehow got thrown away at Thanksgiving. These forks are not even in the ballpark. Lightweight. But if you need an inexpensive option--this is it.

They used to be stainless steel and good quality but these are super plasticy inside. I dropped one while washing and they sound like plastic forks. Please don't buy these 10 forks for 11 bucks. This is a very expensive box of plastic forks.

Somehow all the forks from our Pfatzgraff set magically disappeared. We checked with our freeloading roommates (damn kids) and everyone was super stumped as to where they might have run off to. Rather than buying a couple brand new sets of silverware we decided to try these. Very happy we did!

Cheap crap, rough edges on the forks (and I don't mean just on the part you'd use to stab food), bad finish, etc. Not even close to the quality of everyday Towle dinnerware bought 10 years ago (also made in China). Returned immediately.

Purchased these forks hoping to match a set purchased years ago, don't know how they disappear, They matched great. Nicely made.

These forks are long, both the handle and tines.They have good sharp points.My dining experience has been elevated!

The price was good. Delivered on time. However the quality was not as good as the other Towle forks that I have. This ones feel a little lighter.
