Only woks in a non home base interconnected environment
Doesn't work with home base network connected alarms.I have 8 smoke alarms, 1 co2, 1 combination smoke/Co2 and a heat alarm connected to a home base. As the house is big I tried to use the remote on a different floor than where the home base is situated.I followed the instructions and paired it with one of my smoke detectors, then tried testing it and realized that it only communicates with that detector I paired it with, and that detector was no longer connected with the home base network.So conclusion if you have a home base environment this remote is useless.This is only usable in a non home base interconnected setup.
