Cadac 98357 Barbecue Rotisserie with Motor for 4 Burner Gas Barbecues

The first BBQ I used it for it was very noisy - to the point I thought the neighbours would complain. It seemed to struggle to rotate a medium sized chicken - just one chicken, not the two in the picture. When the chicken was ready it had given up the ghost - I assumed it was the batteries.For the second BBQ I had new batteries, a small beef joint, and about 2 minutes of it working before it stopped rotating but continued to make the same loud whirring noise.Even if I could get it to rotate again I wouldn't as you just can't be near the thing because of the noise.
