This is exactly as pictured however it did not arrive in a larger box, just simple tiny clear plastic. It arrived with other items and was in the pile for the trash:• Don't accidentally miss it, like I did. So glad I checked my orders. It's a birthday gift for my husband who wants to class up his style (just one amazing thing about him becoming a mason). I am happy I got to it before him! Fairly certain he will enjoy it.

This is a great product if you have someone you know who is a Freemason. The logo is embossed which is a nice feature as it's slightly raised and stands out more. As most lodges ask their members to wear ties to the meetings it makes for a really nice gift. I got this for my husband when he first joined as a surprise and he really loved it.

The emblem on this tie bar is essentially the same that is one similar cuff links found through this and other Amazon vendors. It either has been glued or soldered into place. Also, the tie bar is about 3 inches, which will be too wide for most modern ties. This and the emblem size will make the tie bar oddly proportioned for most guys. That said, there is nothing wrong with the quality of the tie bar. It seems as solid as one can expect in the $10ish price point. Just that the overall size and styling will make this a "no" for most guys with the ultimate destination of this either being Goodwill or the bottom of a dresser drawer.
