The EMZ-5TR trinocular zoom body is used for photography and video applications. When the beam splitter is engaged 100% of the light from the left optical path is directed to the phototube. The image can still be viewed through the right eye tube. The EMZ-5TR employs Greenough optics, for improved image flatness and contrast.
