Skateguide I for Circular Saws

I never got to try it out, because it did not fit my circular saw. I took a chance because the dimensions were not available on Amazon or the Skateguide website. I will save it just in case, because the design is genius.The width is just over 5/8", thickness just under 5/32". I used my calipers. I will make sure it fits the next circular saw that I buy. (Its definitely meant for a 7 1/4" circular saw design, based on its size. Not the mini 5 3/4" circular saw.)

I have gone through so many of those flimsy big box store saw guides that always seem to snap at the welds. This thing is made of a thicker gauge metal so it won't break and duh...wheels! it just glides along! combine this with the skate plate and you can leave the table saw in the truck. Someone finally got the saw guide right.

I give it three stars for this reason, you can not cut a wood of 1/2 and 5/8 thick take a look at the picture

I really like having an accessory that makes my job easier.You can make straight cuts quickly and easily.This is the perfect tool to work with my Skilsaw Skateplate.A good value and time saver. I recommend this product to anyone.
