This book broke down the process of deck design and get the regular homeowners in mind. The suggestions ranged from small patio decks to elaborate multi-layer decks and gave information that was great to consider when designing my own deck.I though the title was funny until I started with a couple other books I bought and had ideas I couldn't use.

I highly recommend this as a good book to start with for ideas. Great photos with wide variety of designs, layouts and styles. The book touches on a lot of topics including materials, pergolas, privacy screens, lighting and more. I bought it used and it's definitely worth it.

Excellent condition, very usefull garden tool. Easy to follow tips and step by step instructions. Yes, I do recomend this book.

We love this book - we are busy planning our summer deck and this book has given us loads of inspiration. Can't wait to get started!
