Disappointed with this product, it is totally damaged, I hate the Amazon experience

Had purchased 2 about 6 months back. Excellent material, soft and smooth, found it very comfortable to wear. The string is inside and so it does not hang out (no need to tie the string, the elastic is good and not tight). So, have ordered again to replace all my other shorts.
