Tight Spot (Vegas Aces: The Tight End) Paperback – February 17, 2022

I like the storyline and the characters but I don’t like having to start another book. I would rather just complete the story than keep trading books.

I am a little upset that to see this story through will take me all 5 books, but it is more realistic that way. Good characters, and the supporting characters had series of their own. It looks like I'll spend next month in these 20+ books.

I love how the author builds us up. Makes us fall in love with the bad boy/ teddy bear. I knew she was going to pull something.

Let's cut to the chase...this should have been 1 book or 2 books tops. There was absolutely no need to break this up. The book was underdeveloped and over developed at the same time and it makes it difficult to get past. You have good parts that leave you wanting more and a lot of the parts are just fluff and you question if it was truly needed. I've read 340 books in 2023 and I really starting to dislike when an author gives you so much information about something trivial but can't even give a good description of what the people look like. We get a good view of Kay but Ben is just hot...like that's the most you're going to get. I'm not picky about FMCs being a certain way but what I can't stand is the waffling. All we hear about is Kay hating football and footballers but then she's described as loving the game and being a casual fan but the next sentence is her disliking it. How she's been made to feel is 100% validated. She's treated like yesterday's news sadly and she has so much potential. Ben is a straight up dog. While a lot of how he acts is to protect a image he built out of heart break it goes a bit too far. He has this softer side he let's out and it's scares him bc he really likes Kay and that's unusual for him. They have the agreement of friends with benefits but he immediately goes out 2x after being with her and trolls for women. In one instance it goes viral and she sees the video with another woman the next day. I get it...he's a womanizer.This series is interconnected with others and sadly you don't know that until you begin reading and your coming into the middle of an already established story and timeline. This would have all been so much better if each couple would have gotten a book or two in an Aces series.

Ben and Kaylee first met when she was twelve and he was 22. He is teammates with her brothers, Luke and Jack, and also Jack’s best friend. Also, he is a football player. Things that Kaylee wants to avoid at all costs. Ben’s single, playboy image also doesn’t help his case.I love these two characters so much. I loved Luke, absolutely loved Jack, but Ben may just be my favorite. I can’t wait to get to know more about him and what is underneath his party boy lifestyle. I also adore Kaylee. She is a teacher, but you can just feel that isn’t her passion, but she wants to make her later father proud. She has an innocent look to her, yet the woman is far from it.There is no shortage of chemistry between Ben and Kaylee. There is plenty of spice in this book. I don’t know if I can ever look at a taco again without thinking of this book.This is just the start of their journey and naturally ends on a cliffhanger. I can’t wait to see where things go in book 2!If you’re looking for an age gap, brothers best friend/teammate, sports romance this is one to check out.

You cannot help but feel a bit sad for Kaylee. Feeling like she is always the last person or subject anyone cares about. Feeling invisible is hard and that is exactly what this author helps us see when it comes to Jack and Luke’s baby sister. Tired or being always an after thought she is looking for a friend with benefits arrangement and who else to fit the package then playboy Ben Olsen. Ben is terrible at relationships and commitment so he would be perfect and ready to have a little bit of adult fun with Keylee. Their connection though is a problem there is so much more than what they both signed up for. I won’t give much away because it’s good and you need to read it on your own. I will tell you though if you have been reading the Vegas Ace Series then you will know who this is and let me tell you you will hate her. Shannon is back to cause trouble and will leave you wanting g to get your hands on the next book and continuation of this book. I am looking forward to the next book for Ben and Kaylee.

Wow Ben and Kaylee's love story is going to be a true adventure. What kind off trouble will they get into playing this dangerous game. Truly kept you reading what will happen next. Jealously of fake people . Love the family characters are still strong in book 1. Their is such care and love they all are close and protective. Ben is trouble but also a great person. Kaylee still figuring out what she wants to do. Their is chemistry between the two. How are the going handle it. Emotions of love hate joy pain betrayal jealousy. Lots of funny parts loved it Great start to the series Lisa thank you.

First book I have read from this author and enjoyed it.Can’t wait to see what happens in the next book.Recommend

Ben and Kaylee are so hot together and I hope they work out.Lisa Suzanne always writes amazing stories and I love them.

I enjoyed this story, the first in the Vegas Aces: TightEnd series. A fun sexy sports romance. Tight End Ben Olson is a Party guy and is always in some sort of bother. His party antics and one and done lifestyle is taking its toll. With the Team management on his back to curb his ways and settle down, his PR decides to use Social Media and a fake girlfriend to make him look good. Kaylee Dalton is the little sister of Ben’s teammates, Jake and Luke Dalton. The brothers are not happy with the arrangement but let it play out. Unknown to Kaylees family there is a lot more going on behind closed doors. A good, fun story.

I just had the hardest time putting this down!It was such fun… smexy fun, with twists I didn’t even think of.Book 2 better fix this Shannon situation!!
