I bought this because it looks similar to a mouthguard that I use. I took a chance on it because while I like the other mouthguard, I thought I give this one a try to see which one is better. This one is definitely better the guard part is actually semi-soft. I grind my teeth at night like I clench my jaw. The semi softness absorbs the shock of that and I have way less headaches in the morning. Only thing that I would say that's a problem is that it does not click in place as well. Sometimes I find that the guard pieces are longer in the morning then I said it when I went to bed. So I always put it on the smallest settings when I go to sleep. But that's a small inconvenience. This my garden is really great if you're a jaw clincher and get headaches as a result. Also it's not breaking down as a result of my clenching. I expect every morning to find teeth marks in the guards and I don't. I will be using this mouthguard for as long as this company sells it.

The overall bite was a bit too thick for my mouth. The way the piece moved around in my mouth also started giving me blisters on both sides of my mouth and I had to remove them. I have purchased other mouthpieces to prevent grinding my teeth at night that are more comfortable.

I don't even like to leave bad reviews but this is blatantly ripping people off so I feel like I should. This actually cracked me up when I opened it because it doesn't help to get angry...it is 15 cents worth of material sold for 20 bucks though.

I was skeptical because they looked a little flimsy. But they've turned out to be really great. Quick to break in. Comfortable. I've had problems with other brands rubbing sores on my gums. Recommend these. I know some people are worried about swallowing them. So you really shouldn't use them if you're a person who sleeps with their mouth open and on their back. Otherwise it would be hard to swallow them.

I have tried many versions of this product. This one has to be my favorite. I grind my teeth HARD at night to the point I cracked a back tooth. This mouth guard holds up to teeth grinding well. It doesn't get chewed up or mold to my teeth the way another version of this one does which the other brand ultimately ended up thinning paper thin. This one, nope! It has lasted months of nightly use without issues. And I love e how you can adjust both sides for better comfort.
