Parcels of choice Cabernet Sauvignon are selected from fully mature vines and treated to a rich barrel fermentation to produce a full bodied, richly flavored Coonawarra wine. Matured up to two years in a selection of seasoned and new French oak, principally 225 litre barriques from trees planted up to three centuries ago to provide timber for the French navy.
