Extremely BAD Product and VERY bad customer care.
extremely bad customer service and even worse product quality. after running behind them for two months they refuse to refund or replace unused product. the steamer is still in packaging and was delivered with a broken handle. they refuse to even answer. every email gets answered two weeks later. AMAZON was of no help. asking me to talk to supplier directly.
