I got this for somebody else, so their complaints were that it was very tight. It's similar to a compression brace with mild directionality to off load medially or laterally. An off loader brace would be ideal if you're really trying to get relief from OA, but this is an okay alternative for relief before an offloader brace is affordable or insurance approves. The compression part doesn't do anything to help and seems to increase joint pressure for OA, but if you need a combo of compression and laterality offloading, might help more. Would give 3.5 stars if possible.

I loved the brace because it fit well, it helped with the pain I have because of arthritis in my knee. It seemed to put enough pressure on it to ease the pain somewhat to be bearable.

I’m using this brace during workouts to support my knee. I feel like my balance has improved along with the strength in my right leg.

Seems to work. I do feel some discomfort, but believe it is from the realignment process. My legs are bowed from severe osteoarthritis. The fastening system is robust and stays put all day. I feel stable and secure with these braces. Most likely I will buy another set. This review applies to my other purchase, too. I wil update when I can see results/improvement in my condition.

Seems to put pressure and support right where I need it. I wear it all day and its not uncomfortable.

Eversince my RTA 3.8 years ago Iv suffered with severe pain both in my right arm+wrist, also now in my knee. Luckily I didn't suffer any wipelash, but my back was on agony for over a year and then soon back stopped hurting; just having the usual aches+pains now, my arm+wrist started hurting, then my right knee gave way and been weak eversince for past 2years; everysingle day.Iv tried numberous of straps for my knee but found them itchy or really uncomfortable. This one I did get very confused on how to strap it on securely b'cs couldn't understand the diagram for it. But eventually I worked it out and now that it's on, it's snug that you can feel how supportive it is.I also got the wrist strap which again I had difficulty following the diagram, also Iv got the elbow strap. All three are very supportive, heavy feeling but that's good, just what the doctor needs.I can keep the straps on all day, so hoping overtime my arm, wrist and knee will all get stronger. I'm taking strong painkillers which I don't really like taking, I'd much prefer wearing these straps.

This knee brace is made with high quality material unlike the cheaper alternatives.Even after hand washing it the knee brace is intact and and Velcro is still sticky.I got this for my mum who has bow legs and has been having pain in her right knee. She has been using cheap version of knee support and she said that this one is of much of higher quality.She likes that it is adjustable and that is noticeably much more breathable as she doesn’t sweat as much wearing it. The support is excellent comparatively and has noticed the difference with the level of pain she suffers between wearing and not wearing them.We would recommend this product.

I have chronic arthritis in my right knee, lack of exercise makes it worse, but it is too painful to exercise. I have tried various knee supports and this is the best yet. It offers good support and stability yet allows me to bend my knee without feeling restricted. The Velcro is really good and stays closed and the support stays up so I’m not constantly having to adjust it. I’m hoping that with regular light movement my knee may strengthen and be less painful. I will do some light walking daily now I have more support. I do feel that compared to others though it is expensive so for that reason alone it’s four stars.

A top quality knee support that really does help. It's easy to put on and the straps are strong without being too restrictive. My left knee tends to slip to the side when I'm sleeping, causing me to wake up in pain. This really supports my knee and helps me get better sleep. Very pleased.
