No it’s not refillable unfortunately but it’s still a great product and you get a lot out of the bottle

Yes, this is highly recommended to use with a Hearing Aid, it could prevent Ear Wax buildup inside your Ear.

How do you get the wax out after it’s been broken down? Seems as ear buds are not recommended by Drs

It for want of a better way of putting it, seeps out when it’s broken the wax down to which I wiped clear. I also used to do it before bathing my little one
